Do the work. Not the paperwork.

Subcontract work for licensed trades across South East Queensland β€” with the scope agreed before you arrive, and payment that doesn't need chasing.

Why bother with us

What's different about the work

Most of what makes subcontracting painful is administrative. We've built the system to take that off you.

🎯

You know what done looks like

Every job arrives with two to four specific outcomes the customer has already agreed to. No turning up to "have a look at the hot water" and discovering they expected a new unit.

πŸ“

Everything's on your phone

Address, a photo of the place, the manager's and tenant's numbers to tap and call, and what's already been said. No ringing the office from the driveway.

πŸŽ™οΈ

Talk instead of typing

Record what you found and we write the report. Ninety seconds under a house beats twenty minutes of paperwork in the van at six o'clock.

πŸ’°

Quote and take payment on site

Rate card and products on your phone. The customer scans a code and pays on their own device β€” you never handle a card or ring the office for a price.

πŸ“„

No invoicing

Finish the job in the app and we've got what we need. You don't write invoices, chase them, or wonder whether one went missing.

🀝

You keep your own work

Nothing exclusive. Take what suits, ignore what doesn't, and keep every customer of your own.

How it works

From your phone buzzing to money in the bank

No app to install. It's a link.

1

A job comes through

Trade, suburb, urgency and what the customer actually said. Take it or leave it β€” there's no penalty for passing.

2

You arrive knowing the job

The property, who to call, what's been agreed, and the history of what's already been done there. On repeat properties you'll often know the make and age of the unit before you open the van.

3

You do the work and record it as you go

Photograph a compliance plate and the make and model read themselves. Talk through what you found. Tick off the agreed outcomes with a photo against each.

4

More work needed? Price it there

Build a quote on the spot from the rate card. The customer picks and pays a deposit before you leave. That's your next job booked without a second visit to quote it.

5

You get paid

Once the customer confirms the work is done, payment goes out β€” for small and urgent jobs we aim for the same day. No invoice, no statement, no ringing to ask where it is.

On the payment promise. We're honest about this: the fastest payments happen when the customer confirms quickly, and most do. Where an owner goes quiet on a small job that's clearly finished, we'll generally pay you anyway and sort it out at our end. Keeping good trades is worth more to us than holding onto your money for a fortnight.

Who we're after

[demand + areas]

Plumbers

Hot water replacements, blocked drains, leak detection, taps and mixers, toilet repairs, gas appliance connections.

[demand + areas]

Air conditioning

Split system service and cleans, repairs, regas, replacements and back-to-back installs. ARCtick required.

[demand + areas]

Smart & secure

Smart locks, cameras, video doorbells, garage door openers, home automation and handover.

[Rates and how you're paid β€” fill this in]

A tradesperson decides here. Be specific: percentage of job value, hourly, or fixed price per job type. Say who supplies materials. Say what an average job pays. Vagueness at this point reads as something being hidden.

What you'll need

Before you can take a job

Nothing unusual β€” but we check all of it, because our customers check us.

βœ“
Your own company, trust or partnership With an ABN. We don't engage sole traders β€” it keeps things clean for both of us.
βœ“
Current licence for your trade Electrical contractor, plumbing, gas, ARCtick, QBCC β€” whichever applies. We verify them on the public registers.
βœ“
Public liability insurance Certificate of currency, and we'll want to know when it expires.
βœ“
Your own vehicle and tools And the usual consumables.
βœ“
A smartphone That's the whole technology requirement. Nothing to install.
βœ“
Turning up when you said you would Most of our work comes through property managers. One no-show costs us an agency, not a job.
We'll never ask for your bank details by email or over the phone. They're set up once, after we've spoken and checked your licences β€” and never through a form like the one below.

Tell us about yourself

Takes about three minutes. Someone will ring you within two business days β€” a real conversation, not a form letter.

You
Your business
We engage companies, trusts and partnerships. Talk to us if you're a sole trader β€” it isn't a flat no, but it changes things.
What you do
Your yard, home, or wherever the van sleeps. We measure from here.
25 km β€” roughly Coorparoo to Springwood
We won't send you anything outside this. Better to set it honestly than get offers you'll only decline.
Optional β€” for the bigger jobs worth the drive.
Emergency work pays better and there's less competition for it.
Licences β€” whichever apply
Insurance
We'll remind you before it lapses β€” a lapsed policy means we can't send you work.
If you have employees.

We raise your invoice for you

When you finish a job you tell us what it comes to, on the job page. Once we've agreed the figure we produce the tax invoice on your behalf β€” a recipient created tax invoice β€” and send you a copy for your records. You don't raise an invoice for us at all.

The tax office allows this where both sides agree to it in writing first, so this is that agreement. In short:

• We issue the tax invoice for work you do for us, and you don't issue one for the same work.
• You're registered for GST, and you'll tell us if that ever stops being true.
• We're registered for GST, and we'll tell you if that ever stops being true.
• We send you a copy of every invoice we raise, within 28 days.
• Either of us can end this arrangement in writing, and it ends by itself if either of us stops being registered for GST.

The full agreement is sent with your welcome email. Nothing here stops you invoicing anybody else however you like β€” it only covers work you do for us.

We'll only use this to assess your application and get in touch. Certificates and bank details come later, once we've spoken.
