The two things that make us easy to work with need nothing built on your side, no login for your team, and no involvement from whoever looks after your systems.
We send you a spreadsheet of your portfolio with a link next to each address. Paste that column into PropertyMe, Console, Property Tree or whatever you already run, once. From then on every property in your system has a button that opens its full history and raises a work order with everything pre-filled.
| Address | Link |
|---|---|
| 12 Cavendish Rd, Coorparoo | helpmetrades.com/p/8f2c… |
| 4/88 Wynnum Rd, Norman Park | helpmetrades.com/p/a91d… |
Opening a property's history and raising a job needs no account. That is the whole point — a link your whole team can use is worth more than a portal three people remember.
Accepting a quote sends a code to your email first. That is also the record that makes an acceptance stand up as an agreement.
Lose a management and the links for those properties stop working. Roles are time-bounded, so an agency that hands a property over stops seeing it.
Worth saying plainly: anyone holding one of those links can see that property's job history. That is the trade being made, and it is why they are scoped to a single property and can be invalidated in one move.
Reply to anything we send and it lands on the job automatically — visible to your team, ours, and the technician standing in the property. Nothing sits in one person's inbox, and nobody has to remember to forward it.
It works from whatever system you send from, because it is just email. If we cannot match a message to a job we tell someone rather than dropping it.
For the larger clients who would rather their own system raised the job: post us a job from your software, and receive a webhook back when it is scheduled, quoted, accepted, completed or invoiced.
| Direction | What it does |
|---|---|
POST job | Address, trade, description, contact, urgency and your own reference. Returns our job number and a link. |
| Webhook out | Scheduled · status changed · quote sent · quote accepted · completed · invoiced · paid. Signed per client. |
It is not built yet, and we would rather say so than describe something you would then wait for. If an API is what would make you move, tell us — it is being built in the order clients ask for it, and the two above already work today.
